Hey, wondering if anyone has ideas about what are good personal/side projects to do that could help improve hiring chances, get more interviews and do better in them. Curious about either infra related like serving or higher level application and agent development personally. Part of my struggle is to come up with anything meaningful that isn't like connecting some open source stuff together. I know personal projects don't tend to help much after some years of experience but I need to change something about my job search approach. Hoping this might help.
