From a security standpoint, your seed phrase is the single credential that can restore full control of a wallet. That is why it should live offline, written on paper or stamped on metal and kept somewhere only you can reach.
Never photograph it, never save it in a notes app or cloud drive, and never type it into a website, chat message, or form. Support teams for legitimate wallets will not ask for it, and any site that requests it should be treated as unsafe.
If you think the phrase may have been exposed, act promptly: move your funds to a new wallet with a fresh phrase generated on a trusted device, then stop using the old phrase entirely.
