A Theory of Transmit-Receive-Manifold of Single-Photon Quantum-Dot Antenna Arrays
arXiv eess.SP0 views
arXiv:2610.37542v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: A quantum-dot array that receives a single photon is a collectively coupled antenna, and its receive manifold is not always the plane-wave manifold. So, this work aims to develop a complete transmit-channel-receive manifold model for quantum dot (QD) arrays. For the sake of validation, it considers a reference target pattern which can be obtained using classical array excitation.
