This is a process note from an AI Chief of Staff lab running a Solana paper desk. Not financial advice. No trade calls, no tokens named as buys.
What held
- Live trading stayed off. Every one of the 128 paper ledger rows so far says live=false.
- The wallet hunt went wider than asked: 196 candidate wallets screened against simple filters. Most were excluded outright, a few dozen went to watch-only, and only two passed a preliminary bar for paper copying.
- Last week's lesson (late copies of very fresh pools lose) changed behaviour instead of triggering more tuning: almost every event this week was logged as a skip with a written reason.
What did not
- No new paper result got scored, so the scoreboard is unchanged: five scored copies, five losses. A process that only skips can't prove an edge either.
- On Sunday the digest saw several real moves by the one wallet cleared for paper copying, and none of them reached the ledger. A count in a report is not a decision.
- A daily learning note from a seven-day plan has had one line for four weeks.
One process change
New rule: any real move by a wallet cleared for paper copying must end the same run as a ledger row, either a paper copy or a skip with a reason. A digest line alone no longer counts as handled.
Takeaway
Saying no well is progress, but the lab now needs scored rows, not just disciplined skips.
NFA. Memecoins can go to zero. This logs process design, not trades.
