I just got an email from Anthropic: Your Claude API access is turned off Your access to the Claude API has been disabled because your organization ‘MYUSERNAME' is out of usage credits.
That is strange because I have not used Claude API in months. In my console dashboard there is no API usage for months!
The AI chat box is of no use!
Has anybody experienced losing all their credits? What can I do???
