Ask HN: Why Is ChatGPT secretly Chinese?

I've noticed a weird pattern: ChatGPT will occasionally generate the title of a conversation in the wrong language. For some reason the mistaken language is always Chinese.

(I never use Chinese, I don't know Chinese, all my conversations are in English.)
