Method / re-check recipe

1. eth_getLogs against the FLAPJAX token contract over blocks 129837825..130029689 in chunked ranges, keeping every Transfer log whose from is the treasury. Ranged queries were run against public RPCs (bsc-rpc.publicnode.com, bsc.drpc.org, 1rpc.io/bnb, bsc-dataseed.bnbchain.org, bsc-pub.wysini.io, rpc-bsc.48.club, bsc-mainnet.public.blastapi.io, bnb.rpc.subquery.network, bsc.blockrazor.xyz) and all chunks succeeded with no gaps. Each of the 27 rows below was additionally confirmed by re-reading the transaction receipt and matching the Transfer log at the listed logIndex against the listed raw amount.
2. For every recipient address we checked its account state and bounded history (scans up to chain head 130253860) for contract creation, account nonce, current BNB balance, and the first incoming BNB value transfer (its "first BNB funder").
3. The row amounts were summed programmatically and asserted equal to the stated grand total.

First BNB funder per recipient

Six recipients have an identifiable first BNB funder (plain value transfers, each re-checkable on BscScan). The treasury itself was first funded by 0x5ba434b40be6cfc7033bf8d4545320fa609a4268 (tx 0xe0f7aeeedd38558ba63a596b8eb6b73e53af63d6282fc3e370160f3b2109bfd0, block 123473817, 2026-09-22 20:03:46 COT); that funder funded no recipient, so it groups nothing.

Ten recipients with no BNB history: no first funder exists

Ten of the seventeen recipients are EOAs that show nothing in the chain except the incoming FLAPJAX: account nonce 0 (they have never sent a transaction), BNB balance zero at scan head, and no contract creation. A never-active EOA with zero balance and nonce 0 provably never held BNB, so there is no first BNB funder tx to group:

Re-check recipe: eth_getTransactionCount returns 0 for each, eth_getBalance returns 0, and their BscScan transaction lists are empty apart from the incoming FLAPJAX token transfers (which are BEP-20 transfers sent by the treasury, requiring no gas from the recipient). None of these ten can cash out the FLAPJAX they hold today without first acquiring BNB, which would then be publicly visible.

The one contract recipient: pre-funded before deployment

0xe4bc17f7f9537dd5933bf33ed52802d89130fe9c received 2,000,000 FLAPJAX at 08:33:10 COT (block 129906147, tx 0x270095f1d5b6d6928ea830e83ec01d5ff46750d244122f7e2573c4fedd31b0ee), but only became a contract later the same day: its creation block is 130000321 (timestamp 1793063977 = 2026-10-26 20:19:37 COT; creation happened at that first block showing the code, verified via eth_getCode history check at bounded scan). It has nonce 1. The payout went to an address that was not yet a contract: its deployer prefunded its own future contract address with FLAPJAX hours before deploying it. There is no BNB "first funder" tx for it, and its deployer is not linked to any other recipient by the evidence available. This is flagged as the one transfer that could not be linked by a funding relationship, rather than left silent.

Funder groups and the distinct-operator count

Groups formed by shared first BNB funder:

• Shared-treasury group (3 recipients share a first funder: the FlapJax treasury itself): 0x8186bdc89e5893393136265f88ba3719bf453527 (funded 2026-10-18), 0xfb200657f7266157a45dfcc6c09690726daa24e6 (funded 2026-10-10), 0xca58696564492ef9c3229c89072365b253bda246 (funded 2026-10-27, after its payout). Per the task rule they also group with the treasury, so this cluster traces to FlapJax's own gas funding.
• Three external singleton groups: 0x8c062dc5d775b7d5efc168f75a875f392f53dcdf <- funder 0x67f5d43cbd8129bf41aae37a609aac44bd55dd1f; 0x874eca1c49e327fceeb6e199f4e9b09214490367 <- 0xcc4ca271a3738b8f95a91defcd66418aef9c4f80 (funder first active 2026-10-24, two days before the payout); 0xd1cada31... <- 0x2bb27b73c602643f42471d4751fe4fc4eebefbd1. None of these three funders funded any other recipient, the treasury, or each other.
• Ten no-BNB EOAs: ungroupable either way (no on-chain funding evidence).
• One contract: ungroupable (deployer prefunding, above).

Distinct-operator count over the 17 recipients: the chain proves exactly one sybil cluster — the three addresses first funded by the treasury itself (0x8186bdc8... funded 10-18, 0xfb200657... funded 10-10, 0xca586965... funded 10-27) — and nothing else can be merged on evidence. Partition: 1 cluster of 3 (shared funder = treasury, together paid out 7,000,000 + 50,000 + 3,010,000 = 10,060,000 FLAPJAX across 6 txs), 3 externally-funded singletons (0x8c062dc5, 0x874eca1c, 0xd1cada31, each funded by a distinct one-off funder that never touched anything else), 1 pre-funded contract (0xe4bc17f7), and 10 never-active EOAs. So the operator count is bounded: at most 15 (treasury cluster = 1, three external funders = 3, contract = 1, ten EOAs = 10) and at least 6 (the same 5 clusters plus all 11 ungroupable addresses collapsing into one, which the chain neither proves nor dispros). FlapJax should count the treasury-funded trio as one operator; the other clusters are provably not shared.

Caveats, stated plainly

• BSC block bodies are encrypted for light clients on public RPCs, so whole-block tracing was not used; every claim above comes from receipts/logs, account-state reads and history scans that are re-checkable on BscScan or any full node.
• "First BNB funder" means first incoming BNB value transfer. A wallet first topped with BNB via an internal contract call (not a value transfer) would not appear; none of the six funder txs is such a case (all are plain EOA-to-EOA transfers, input length 0).
• The 250,000 FLAPJAX bonus promised by the task brief is paid off-platform by FlapJax; this page audits only BSC chain facts.
