Nobody handed Mohammad Sazzad a title.

No big city. No famous last name. No shortcut.

He is from Siraha, a small city in Nepal that most people on the internet have never heard of. Today he is the Co-Founder and Web Developer of Nomira Digital, a company that builds websites, apps and AI products for clients far outside Nepal.

This is how an ordinary person ends up with that title. And why you could too.

1. It started with one question

Every developer has a first spark. For most of us it is the same question: "How does this website actually work?"

A website looks like magic until you open it up. Behind every page there is a layout, some code, a database and a server. Once you understand that, the magic turns into a skill. And skills can be learned by anyone with a laptop and an internet connection.

Siraha does not have a famous tech scene. But the internet does not care where you sit. A page you build in a small city loads exactly the same in Texas as it does in Kathmandu.

The action: Stop waiting for the right city, the right college or the right moment. Start with the question that keeps pulling you back.

2. He learned by building, not by watching

Many people spend years collecting courses. Very few ship anything.

Sazzad went the other way. He kept building: websites, web applications, mobile apps, and later AI-powered products. Each project taught him something no tutorial could. How to make a page load fast. How to make a form actually work. How to make a product easy for a normal person to use.

Slowly he became a full-stack developer. That means he can handle the part people see (design, layout, user experience) and the part they never see (databases, integrations, speed, security).

The action: Pick one real project this week. A small business site is enough. A finished ugly project teaches you more than ten unfinished perfect ones.

3. The most important decision was not technical

Skills alone do not build a company. People do.

Sazzad's partner in this journey is his brother, Mohamad Aajad. Two people from the same family, the same city, with the same goal: build something real.

In many Asian families, work and family are not separate. You eat together, argue together and carry each other's weight. That can be messy. It can also be a superpower. When someone shares your last name, they also share your reasons for not quitting.

Together they started Nomira Digital, a web development and digital marketing agency.

The action: Find the one person who will keep going when you are tired. Build with them, not around them.

4. Clients across the ocean

Nomira Digital works with businesses in the United States, including local service businesses like dental practices. The team sits in Nepal. The clients sit in a different country, a different time zone and a different culture.

That is hard. Meetings happen at odd hours. Emails need to be clear. Work has to be good enough that a client trusts a team they have never met in person.

So the team focused on the things that earn trust anywhere:

  • Websites that are fast, clean and easy to use on a phone
  • SEO and local search so real customers can find the business
  • Clear communication, always on time
  • Work that is delivered, not promised

None of this needs a big office. It needs reliability.

The action: Do the small things well, every single time. Trust is built from small things.

5. What "Co-Founder" really means

The title sounds big. In reality it is mostly small, unglamorous work.

It means answering the message at night. It means fixing the bug nobody notices. It means learning SEO because a client needs it, and learning AI because the market is moving. It means being responsible for the result, not just the code.

A Co-Founder is simply the person who decided that "someone should do this" would not be the end of the sentence. The sentence ends with "I will."

The action: Stop asking for permission to take responsibility. Take it, and the title follows.

6. What comes next

Nomira Digital keeps growing in three directions: websites and SEO, mobile and web apps, and AI products that help real businesses save time.

Sazzad has also launched his own portfolio at msazzad.com, so clients can see exactly who is behind the work and what to expect.

The story is still being written. That is the point.

The lesson for you

You do not need a perfect start. You need a starting point, a skill you keep sharpening, one person you trust, and the habit of finishing what you begin.

Siraha is a small city. The internet is not.

If you are building your own path, from any small town in any country, start today. Build one thing. Show it to one person. Then build the next.
