So I've been working on a small API for a while and finally put it up on RapidAPI.

Basically you give it a website URL and it goes through all the pages and takes full screenshots of each one, both the mobile version and the desktop version. The images get saved to a storage bucket and you get back a manifest.json link that has:

  • All the screenshot URLs
  • A list of pages that showed up on desktop but not mobile (or the other way around)

I built it mostly because I was tired of manually checking pages on different screen sizes, but I think it could be handy for QA folks or anyone doing website monitoring.

There's a free plan, so you can mess around with it without paying anything. Would really appreciate it if some of you could try it out and tell me what's broken or what you'd want it to do differently.
