I'm building in public: free tool that forms synchronized 14-day test rounds for Google Play's 12-tester rule (need 15 signups in 10 days or I pivot)

Building Dozena openly. Problem: Google Play locks personal accounts (created after Nov 2023) behind a closed test: 12+ testers, 14 consecutive days. Solo devs stall forever swapping in Discord groups where everyone quits by day 3.

Solution I’m building: synchronized rounds — ~13 devs, same 14-day window, mutual testing, check-ins, public reliability ranking. Open source (AGPL-3.0), free during the MVP.
Numbers so far:

Day 1: 3 real signups from a single r/FlutterDev post (~700 views)
Own analytics (no cookies): page views, CTA clicks, referrer attribution
Full CI, bilingual (EN/PT-BR), waitlist live with anti-bot + confirmation email

Kill criteria I committed to in the repo: fewer than 15 signups in 10 days = pivot. Currently 3/15.
