This is an account-owner-approved test article created to verify the connection between OmniPost and DEV.to. It is clearly marked as a test and contains no personal information or credentials.
What this test checks
- Sending one article through the normal OmniPost publishing queue.
- Receiving the original DEV.to article ID and public link.
- Reading the published article back and matching its author.
- Reading the article statistics and available comments through the connected account.
Expected result
A successful connection should preserve the article title and Markdown content, return a working link, and display the observed statistics in OmniPost. A count of zero should be shown as zero when the platform reports it; missing data should remain unavailable.
This post does not claim that comment replies, every media format, or all historical data have been verified. Those are separate checks.
