TypeScript as Data is for configuration, read as data and never run.

This is useful for building a round trip compiler around any JSON spec. Import and export the spec, without executing it.
The lack of execution brings determinism guarantees.
Contrast this with the use of something like Pkl for IaC to get a better idea of why it exists.
