Full disclosure: I make Life Manager (open source + a hosted Cloud plan). This is a practical use-case note from the current product page, not a feature wishlist.

Short version

Life Manager is one proactive manager for work, money, everyday responsibilities, body, and mind. You can run the same open-source core on your own computer, or use Life Manager Cloud on a dedicated Maritime VM from your phone.

Cloud pricing today: $29/month after a 7-day free trial (card required to start). Cancel anytime.

The economic acceptance criterion we design for is earning more than the subscription plus operating costs. Positive net returns are not verified yet. Earnings are not guaranteed.

What "No Human in the Loop" means here

The operating requirement is to register, publish, distribute, and reconcile using agent-owned work accounts — without daily prompts, approval chats, or your private service credentials.

Google sign-in verifies identity only. Signup does not require Calendar or Gmail inbox access, a task prompt, goals, budget, or payout details.

What you can hand it today (honest)

These are the capability areas on the current page. Treat them as workflows that depend on integrations and setup — not as a promise that every action succeeds every day.

  1. Money & business — find work, create and sell, track income and spending. Attempted actions are distinguished from verified payments.
  2. Work & everyday life — goals, priorities, schedules, applications, follow-ups. Move delegated work forward and verify the outcome.
  3. Body & mind — bring routines and daily rhythms into the same system that manages the rest of your life.
  4. Earning workflows ("MoneyPrinter") — keep income-generating work moving: find opportunities → create/apply → distribute → verify results → improve.
  5. Calendar travel-time planning — one workflow, not the whole product.

What is still being verified

  • The first Cloud earning workflow is being connected to Capafy.
  • Capafy requires Publisher Certification and publisher confirmation of selected Skills/configuration before each Agent version can go live.
  • Life Manager reports listings and earnings only after Capafy confirms them.
  • Progress and verified results are designed to go to your sign-in email.
  • The complete Cloud-to-Capafy path is still being verified.

If you need a tool that already prints money on day one, this is not that (yet). If you want a single manager that can run locally or hosted and grow into earning loops under clear constraints, start here:

What I'd do today

  1. Read the current /lm page — it is the source of truth for pricing and scope.
  2. Decide local vs Cloud. Local = you run the open-source core. Cloud = $29/mo after the 7-day trial on a Maritime VM.
  3. Sign up with Google identity only if you try Cloud. Do not hand over Calendar/Gmail inbox access unless you later choose to.
  4. Judge results by verified payments and completed outcomes, not by "the agent said it did something."

FAQ

Do I need to prompt it every day?
No daily instructions or user-defined goals/budgets are required by the product design. That is the No Human in the Loop requirement.

Is income guaranteed?
No. Capabilities depend on integrations and setup. Income and investment returns are not guaranteed.

Is this the old "travel time for Google Calendar" micro-tool?
Calendar travel-time planning is one workflow inside a broader manager. The product page is the source of truth.
