Wix Stores has one price per product. If a bakery, a candle maker or a wine shop wants trade customers to pay less than the public, there is no wholesale switch to flip. Wix's own workaround is a members-only store page with duplicated products at wholesale prices, and its article (Creating restricted store pages) also names one app, SparkLayer.
Full disclosure: I make one of the apps below, Wholesale Prices & B2B Groups. I describe it last, with its limits. Everything else comes from each app's Wix App Market page, read on 3 November 2026. Where a page didn't say something, I say "not stated" and don't guess.
What the free workaround costs you
The members-only page works for a small catalog: duplicate each product at its wholesale price, put the copies in a "Wholesale" category on a page set to site members, and approve new members manually. The cost is upkeep. Every price change, photo and description has to be made twice, and the page itself doesn't enforce a minimum order. If you have thirty products and two trade customers, that may be fine. At three hundred products it isn't.
The questions that sort the apps
A search for "wholesale" in the App Market returns dozens of results, but most are dropshipping, catalog or quote tools. Ten of them are close fits for giving approved buyers their own prices on a Wix Stores shop. Before you read the list, decide:
- How does a buyer become a trade customer? An application form you approve, a label or group you fill yourself, or a group you fill by email.
- Do you need case packs and minimum order quantities, or only a percentage off?
- Do you need quotes and a buyer portal, or just a price in the cart?
- How many trade buyers will you have? The free plans cap this differently.

How I'd pick
- A few trade accounts, want to try for free: one of the free plans above.
- Buyers should apply and be approved from your site: the apps that list an application form.
- Case packs, MOQs and quotes: TradePortal and B2B Wholesale Pricing list them; neither page explains how prices show in checkout, so test an order.
- A real B2B operation with a sales team: SparkLayer, priced for that.
- Only hide prices until login: B2B Login To See Price.
Where mine fits, and where it doesn't
Full disclosure, I built Wholesale Prices & B2B Groups. You mark trade customers with a contact label such as "Wholesale". When they are logged in as site members, they get the group price in the cart and at checkout. A group has pricing lines: a percentage off the whole store, a collection or chosen products, or a fixed price per product, with an optional minimum order subtotal.
What it doesn't do:
- No application form. You add the contact label yourself.
- One discount per product. Wix applies one automatic discount per product, so a trade customer gets the best price on that product, not a stack. A coupon code they type comes off on top.
- No quantity tiers, case packs or quotes.
- Collections are capped at 500 products per group, and the price line on the product page works on sites built in the Wix Editor, not in product grids.
- Free is one group with one store-wide percentage. Pro is $9.99 a month, or $7.99 billed yearly, with a 14-day trial.
If you need applications, packs or quotes, one of the apps above fits better.
