DNS Adblocking: Tailscale+ NextDNS/AdGuard Home/PiHole or Technitium?

I just discovered that I can selfhost DNS adblocking solutions and use them through Tailscale. What is the best out of those 4 options if my use case is mainly just adblocking during active Tailscale connections on my phone and MacBook?
