I vaguely recall seeing a few such projects a few years ago, but my $search_engine-foo is currently failing me. I think setting lynx or another terminal-based browser to be used by cargo doc --open could be an option, but I'm not sure the html generated by rustdoc is ideal for in-terminal browsing.
