I've been thinking about how much engineering effort goes into everything around writing code.
A feature is ready, but then come pipeline maintenance, build failures, security scans, deployments, infrastructure monitoring and production troubleshooting.
Even when teams have good tools, these workflows can become fragmented.
We're building AppScaleX to help streamline CI/CD, security checks, deployment management and cloud operations, while exploring SRE, FinOps and AI-assisted operational insights.
But I'm curious about the people dealing with these challenges every day.
If you could fix just one thing in your DevOps workflow, what would it be?
CI/CD pipeline complexity
Deployment failures
Too many disconnected tools
Production incidents and root-cause analysis
Cloud costs and resource utilization
What would make the biggest difference to your team, and why?
I'm interested in hearing real experiences from engineers and DevOps teams.
